Payment information: We process payments through Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles all payment data securely. We retain transaction records, amounts, and payment status for accounting and refunds.
Photos: Job proof photos taken by team members, and any bin placement reference photos you upload.
Location data: When a team member is en route to your address, we share their approximate live location with you so you know when to expect them. Location is only shared during an active job.
Messages: Content of support conversations between you and our team.
Device information: Push notification subscription tokens and browser/device type so we can send you service alerts.

How We Use Your Information

To schedule and complete your bin valet services.
To process payments and issue refunds when applicable.
To send you booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates via push notifications and email.
To provide real-time updates on your service, including team member location and completion photos.
To respond to your support questions and manage change requests.
To manage recurring subscriptions and billing.
To administer referrals and promotional discounts.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to provide the Service:

Stripe — for secure payment processing.
Google Calendar — if calendar sync is enabled, to create and manage service appointment events.
Push notification services — to deliver alerts to your device.
Team members — assigned team members can view your service address, instructions, and bin placement photos to complete your job.
Service providers — we may use third-party hosting and cloud infrastructure to operate the Service.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Retention

We retain your account and booking records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Job records, photos, and payment history may be retained for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
